Possibility to move the NP installation / NP Database out of the C drive

As of today NPrinting can only be installed on the C: drive, which leads to a few problems. The Database might over time fill up the system disk, since the repository database is stored in C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\pgsql on the NPrinting server. This database can't be moved to another location or standalone server.

Any particular reason this is Not Planned?

Could you potentially use symbolic links for this to keep everything off the C: drive?  Not sure how many links you'd need and haven't tried it before but I think theoretically it should work?

It's definitely a downer that this isn't planned as in a lot of environments the Infra insists on keeping software off of the C: drive and it's only Nprinting that has this limitation.

Hello @Nathan1  yes this is a possibility, another one to mount a new disk into that folder. The downside is that both are not supported by Qlik.
