The US Military frowns on the use of login/passwords with web based applications. All standard User logins to workstations are controlled by a common access card and passwords are a thing of the past.
We have had a large number of users requesting a way to monitor the data loads for critical Qlik Apps, and this has required us to turn to Qlik Alerting to resolve this issue.
The private military networks are not as open as commercial "on prem" hosted networks, and are hardened to prevent a hacker from getting anywhere when a hacker is able to compromise the network security. And while nobody likes to admit, we have had a few attempted break-in's. The only hosts that were compromised were through sites that used insecure login and passwords, other sites that do not maintain passwords were left alone.
We would like to request the ability or feature to authenticate using a value or userID through a selected Header, similar to the way "Qlik Sense" manages this in the Virtual Proxies, and the ability to disable the "Login/Password" form/frame and all.
