In QSE we set scheduled reload tasks whether minute, hourly or weekly whether the data the app it relies upon updates or not. What if there were an option to select reloads based on whether the inherent data changes looking at timestamps or CDC methods applied elsewhere? This would both keep apps up to date reflecting the latest data and eliminate unnecessary reloading.
