Show the overall distribution and outliers in a distribution plot

In distribution plots, if data points are larger than 3000,
it's sometimes hard to see the balance between the overall distribution
and outliers due to the limitation of data points that can be displayed.

In the example above, the limit is exceeded and no data points of 25,000 or 20,000 are shown.

It would be great if the entire data points are shown or, within limits, the overall balance and outliers,
so that users can see intuitively on the spot "How much outliers are there from other data,
where is the data clustered", "what exactly are the outliers?" and  "What exactly are the outliers?".
