The Trellis container currently does not support being printed in NPrinting. The Trellis container should support it in the future.

Also all other chart-types from the vis.-bundle

because of this limitation we cannot use these object types in our dashboards

To be honest: I am expecting that if Qlik is providing an Extension, that this Extension is also working with other Qlik products like NPrinting. 
Otherwise this limitations are preventing us from using this Extensions, what´s a pity.

It´s a really great alternative to NPrinting and the team behind is very responsive.

Hard to believe that Qlik built visualisations are not available on Qlik NPrinting. I feel that if my company knew this going in, a different BI tool would have been chosen.
