There are some known issues with the Operations Monitor, one of which is that it becomes extremely slow for larger environments (especially global enterprises). If this was a customer-created app, we would ask them to split it up or use on-demand features to manage the amount of data.
What if at first it only showed aggregated data, and for the major tables with many rows (that drive the size of the app up and take the most time to load) you could leverage the on-demand features to show more details? That would keep the app smaller and make it load more quickly.
