Bigdata Sandbox Download and Install behind intenet Proxy

I am trying to download and install sandbox but the sandbox download(Talend_6.2-BigData_Sandbox_2.2-vbox-win-dlm.exe) is not working because of internet proxy, is there a way to configure the proxy and make it download..?

Are you working at a limited network environment? Or is there any virus protection which would block your download?

i use a mac and i have the same problem. I don't have proxy 
the download tool shows nothing

 I downloaded Talend open studio and trying to Cloudera manager but I couldn't succeed and I'm trying to create Hadoop cluster manually and when I select check option it showing log error. please help me.
