Custom Component Not in Palette

I have a custom component developed by an internal team. 

The issue is that even though the Component Designer is saying that "Components have been published. The palette is going to be refreshed." the component doesn't show up in the palette, even after a restart. 

I also tried the tLoadLibrary and it still doesn't show up. 

Ideas?

What is the name of the component?  Did you develop it using JavaJet approach?

It is an internal company component. 

Unfortunately I can't share many details about it.  😞

I'll have to go back to the developers and see what they are missing.. Thanks
