Dynamically update S3 Connection region based on current instance (DEV/QA/PROD)

How can we dynamically update the Region dropdown in the ts3connection tool? We have different region-based s3 instances for our DEV/QA/PROD environments, so the job needs to dynamically update the region dependent upon the instance that we are connecting from.

Check this box to use a custom endpoint and, in the field that appears, specify the custom endpoint URL to use.

This option can work as a dynamic parameter and be assigned a value using a context variable.
