How to create a REST Patch request in TalendESB (Routes)

Trying to implement a cREST PATCH, is this possible in any way? I don't see the option for Patch in the drop down anywhere, and am thinking of using a Talend job to do it, but would appreciate a better solution if there is one. Thanks in advance.

This is a very good question - PATCH seems to be missing from the cREST component... Anyone have any solutions here apart from using a Job?
