Issue with VM Session Stuck in "STARTING" State – Unable to Delete

Hello Support Team,

I am currently experiencing an issue with my virtual machine session during the Talend Studio for Data Integration Essentials training. The VM session appears to be stuck in the “STARTING” state and never becomes available.

Details of the session:

  • Activity ID: 1176179

  • Session ID: 17965053

  • Template: DIBasics803

  • Region: northamerica-northeast1

  • State: STARTING

The problem is that the VM does not start properly, and I am also unable to manually stop or delete the session. I noticed there is a delete_url parameter in the session information, but I do not have the ability to execute it through the training portal.

Could you please assist me with either:

Terminating the stuck session, or providing guidance on how I can stop/delete the VM from my side?

My issue was resolved after opening a case with the support team.
