how to specify dynamically parameters in cMail

Hi,
Please, I try to send an email with dynamic parameters with cMail, subject for example  ? 
I don't know how to instantiate these strings.
The subject is in the body of my message I can set in the header if needed.
I tried with context, globalMap, simple language ... nothing works.
A workaround would be a talend job but there is a way with the cMail ?
