tNetsuiteConnection error

I'm getting an error when trying to connect to Netsuite (sandbox or production) :

CLIENT_ERROR:{message=Couldn't get a correct Web Service Domain from ' https://webservices.sandbox.netsuite.com/services/NetSuitePort_2016_2'. Please check your configuration or try to run again.)

Needless to say, I have checked my configuration and run again. Can't find a clue to this message anywhere on the interwebs.

It was a credentials issue. I would argue that the documentation for tNetsuiteConnection is a tad off as it notes Account as a 'name' when (in my experience, at least) Account is a numeric value.

At least now I'm on to the next error involving tNetsuiteInput. Joy.

Hi,

Do you have any proxy in your network installation?

You should try to add a tSetProxy before to connect to NetSuite.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

Thanks for posting the issue here.

We have created a DOCT jira issue:https://jira.talendforge.org/browse/DOCT-9644
