How Can I Hide the Sheets Section under the Assets Tab

Is there a way to hide the assets section thats under the assets tab?

Using security rules or in another way

Go to app settings

UI Settings

Disable Assets and Sheets

Yes but if i hide the sheets on this way

It only hides on the top mark

But if i click the assets tab i can still access the sheets and the bookmarks, my question its if there's any way possible to hide this button of the user

Hide Assets button as well then? 
Or do you need access to Notes and Key drivers?

As far as I know you have to resort to CSS to hide elements then (not recommended though).
