How to get the failed app name using SMTP web connector

Hi All,

I have Qliksense apps and if task failed we need to get automatic e mail alert.

I have used for SMTP web connector. I have created one app for smtp code in Qliksense.

SMTP app name is E mailalerts, and i have two apps names is Sales amd Customers.

I have creted task chain in E mailalerts app and i have created new task event trigger and here i have mention task failed and add Sales and Customers apps.

Now if task is failed then i am able to get the email notification, but i didn't get the app name.

Can you please suggest me how to get the app name using SMTP web connector.
