Hello Qlik Community,

We're excited to introduce our featured member for the month of July: Igor! Igor has been a cornerstone of our Community since he joined in 2017, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for data science that is truly inspiring. With 20 years of experience working with Qlik, having seen it all starting with QlikView. His deep expertise in statistics, science research, and other areas has made him a valuable asset to the Qlik Community.

Based in Atlanta, he and his colleague Mark Costa, lead four Meetup groups in the US: Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, and Portland. Igor is a speaker, science podcaster, and mentor, helping others start their meetup groups in their cities.

Igor said, “Qlik isn't just a tool; it's a versatile platform that has enabled me to explore various aspects of data science, from statistics to medical research. Over the years, I’ve integrated Qlik with other technologies and pioneered the use of its statistical functions in my company, driving innovation and collaboration. My early adoption of AutoML and use of Qlik to integrate platforms like Python showcase my commitment to staying at the forefront of technology.

Beyond his professional achievements, Igor has a rich array of hobbies. He enjoys podcasting, robotics, and mixology. Notably, he is the creator of the drink Qlik Fusion, crafted specifically for Qlik Connect as part of his role as a Social Media Ambassador.
