QV12 SR2 QVDs missing Lineage Info

I've noticed that QVDs generated by QV12 SR2 are missing Lineage info. The XML Header contains only an empty <Lineage> element. I've opened a case with support.

This should not affect normal app functionality. It would only impact metadata tools like Governance Dashboard or QVD Dictionary.

Also please note the file sessions*.log has [Session Start] field with a format distinct and it is shown as  "20160428T105540.000-0600"

I'm not sure it's related to my Lineage problem, but thanks for pointing out that the log timestamp format has changed for V12.

I never heard back on the bug, but I discovered the setting the Easter Egg setting "AllowDataLineage=1" resolves the issue.
