Target line in bar chart in Qlik Sense

Dear community, 

I am actually looking for a way how to insert a target line into a bar chart. I already used the reference line but the problem here is that the reference line is displayed behind the bars. The requirement is that the reference line is displayed upfront the bars in the chart. Important is that I have two dimensions which should be kept (Date and Plant) and one measure and now I want to have that target line inside.

Maybe someone of you already also faced that issue and knows a good solution for that.
