Administrator approval and consent for Web Connectors - Azure Storage

Hi, 

Trying to use Azure Storage Qlik Web Connector from Qlik on-prem (Feb 2021 path 4) to Azure Enterprise account. 

trying to implement instructions from here: Administrator approval and consent for Web Connect... - Qlik Community - 1713386

While checking in Azure under Enterprise applications I can't Qlik application:

Also, in App registration we can't find any Qlik Web connector 

Can someone assist? what am i missing?
