Sharepoint token expired due to inactivity
When I set up a connection to Sharepoint it is only valid for 90 days. The connection is used everyday to read Excel-tables. After 90 days I get the error "The refresh token has expired due to inactivity".
Anyone that has experienced this and has a solution to update the refresh token?
Thanks in advance.

@AronC
as far as I remember, Microsoft is the only one enforcing this time out at the moment, among the most common major players.

Hi - Unfortunately I don't think there is a solution to this at present other than setting a reminder to reauthenticate before the 90 days is up.

Thanks for your reply. Do you have any idea about limitations for other filesharing services, (Dropbox, Onedrive, Google drive)?
In google drive I have a connection today that is working fine without the need for updating the connector, but for Dropbox and Onedrive I have no idea what limits that might exist. We are looking to set up a fileshare that will work without any need for maintenance of the conectors.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you @Daniele_Purrone.
So you mean it apply to all Microsoft fileshares? So I will have the same problem in Onedrive also then?

Hi @AronC . Yes. If nothing has changed recently, OneDrive is also affected by this policy on Microsoft's side.

Hello Daniele,
I found this thread on microsoft community :
It seems there is a solution to regenerate a token silently after every connection.
Regards,

@paulcalvet Is this something you have managed to implement in Qlik Sense connector?

No, I just found this documentation.
It seems strange that SharePoint doesn't offer a token that during moore than 90 days.
Currently, we regenerate token every 89 days for our sharepoint connection.
