Avoid upload locale file in Qlik Sense Enterprise

which setting I need to avoid that users upload locales files by building theirs apps. They have to use only the shared data connections.

Hi, 

For that you will need to setup your security rules so that the users cannot create or update folder connections. 

You will then be able to create for them a folder connection to which they will have read permission on that point to the shared folder.
