Can not setup analyzer access allocations for new user

Hi everyone, I have a problem when allocate new user.  Because in License usage summary, it's showing 40 total user and using 5 analyzer allocation, but when i allocate new one with analyzer allocations, it's showing success allocated but the list isn't update new user  (still 5 analyzer allocation).

Anyone have this problem before?

HI, 

We are also having this issue , any change made in QMC is not reflecting immediately like (App rename, app deletion, user license allocation, task creation, task status).

we can see the changes applied in QMC only when re-login.  

the change mayn't reflect in QMC immediately but allocated new user can and login and access the apps.

You don't mention any version or license type, but this article describes a defect we had in earlier versions, that gives this error.

Sorry for missing information. I using Qlik Sense Enterprise Nov 2021
