Can't allocate users

A Webserver and an Appserver jun2020 (Central proxy and WebProxy), 3 analyzer access and 2 pro access.
All works correctly: assigned 2 pro access and 2 analyzer, and all is right.

Upgrade to jun2020 sr2

try to assign the 3rd analyzer: not assigned without any message.
Delete 1 of 2 analyzer, can't assign it anymore... without any message. Some idea?

Have I to uninstall all and reinstall both servers?? (hope not!).

Did you manage to fix your issue?

Have you tried to restart the server?

until Sept 2019 you have this solution

https://qliksupport.force.com/articles/000028683

but now you have to adapt/rewrite the scripts.

No. The problem was I had a ghost user called "Auth0|98091238........" in group "UNKNOWN" that hold allocated a license. I can't delete in license table nor in user table... even after I delete it (and I can't see it anymore and the button "Allocate License" was enabled, I can't allocate my last license; in fact when I restart proxy it was still there in users and in licenses allocation. (restart server, proxy, reinstalled server (both servers), delete proxy, rebuild proxy... nothing to do, it was always there).

I only resolved entering in command windows and  pgsql.exe and deleting it from the licenses and users tables with a "DELETE * FROM ... WHERE...".
No other solutions found, no even why of this happens (this is the real scary question).

Thanks for your interest 🙂
