The button "Contact support" seems not to work when clicking on it on my business computer (Trriey in Edge and Google Chrome). Perhaps due to the security settings. How can I contact support then?

Try downloading QV Server 12.70 SR1 from here:  https://github.com/qlik-download/qlikview/releases/download/v12.70.20100/QlikViewServer_x64Setup.exe

Are you unable to reach https://community.qlik.com/t5/Support/ct-p/qlikSupport ? What geographic region/country are you attempting to connect from?

Hi,

Thank you for your response. I'm connecting from Germany. I can reach the link provided by you but the Download Window remains empty (when clicking on Downloads). And when I click on Call Support, nothing happens.
I have tested the access on my business notebook and on the private one.  I need to download the latest version of QlikView server to upgrade our server in production and then to migrate it onto the new Windows server.

Thank you very much indeed for your support. 

I assume that the downloads are not available to me because there is no license assigned to my profile. 

I used the link https://qlikid.qlik.com/signin in the past in order to access downloads and I have had an account with the license assigned to it. But now, as I wanted to access "Downloads", I was requested to register because my credentials did not work. So, I did it, but how can I add the information about the license used by us.
