I received below error message when reload License Monitor. Our default virtual proxy has window as authentication.
Where else I should check?

on which version of QS are you working? And which version of the License Monitor are you on?
Did you modify anything on the script?

Thank you for replying. I haven't touched script. This lab uses 2019June version. The LIcense Monitor is 7.18.

I've been able to reload the License Monitor on the same version without issues.
Have you enabled Kerberos authentication on the proxy?
Or, maybe, at some point someone modified the data connections used by the License Monitor (as suggested in this article: https://support.qlik.com/articles/000041466)? Note that the article is not updated, you'll need to check all the data connections which name starts with monitor_apps_REST_license_
