License Monitor Task failed to reload

Hello,

On our on-prem QlikSense Enterprise production server (November 2023 Patch2), the Reload License Monitor task is failing.
In the log file, it stops with the folowing error :

Error: HTTP protocol error 403 (Forbidden) after step "CALL monitor_apps_REST_license_access / 36 fields found"

We compared with our development server and in the log file, the result just after "CALL monitor_apps_REST_license_access / 36 fields found" is "6 lines fetched"

We followed the steps listed in the following post but without success:

Any idea on where to look after ?
