Hi,
some weeks ago my IT department have updated from the [September 2020] to the [May 2024 patch 3] version
Now some monitor apps are no longer reloaded:
Reloads Monitor - Error: Field 'Reload Duration' not found
Log Monitor - Error: Field 'Status' not found
Operations Monitor - Error: Request timed out
I already try to Re-type the password in monitor_app_* for the specific Data Connection configuration.
Hostname and username has not been changed.
How can I resolve these issues?
Thank you in advance
Regads.
Hi @shaun_lombard,
I found the postgresql-x64-14 but it isn't active 😕
In any case, I found the solution for my issue.
Into APPS list I noticed some different unpublish version of these monitoring app.
So I tried to publish the lastest and it works.
Thanks anyway for the support
Paola
That is quite a jump in versions. What version of the Reloads Monitor app is in use. I have this version and it runs fine:
Could also potentially be an issue with the backend version of PostgreSQL that you are running.
Hi @paola_galbiati ,
after upgrading qlik sense license monitor and operation monitor apps will be published to monitoring apps stream automatically.make sure that you are using an latest version of monitoring apps like operations and License Monitor.
For Reloads monitor please try to import the apps from below path and try reloading the data from data load editor .
C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\DefaultApps

Raju
Thank you @shaun_lombard and @Raju_6952 for your reply.
I tried to import the apps from C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\DefaultApps and reload the data but I have the same error.
This application files .qvf are dated 2024-05-06
How can I see the apps version? Into details panel there are:
@shaun_lombard , How can I check the PostgreSQL version?
I notice that on my on-prem server there aren't the Qlik Sense Repository Database Service but I'm sure that the database instance is installed on the same machine.
Thanks so much for your support.
Paola
If you can't see the Qlik Sense Repository Database service, then they must have unbundled PostgreSQL using the QPI tool. Have a look for a service called postgresql-x64-14.
