how to find the ticket number for my post that I can give to the Support Team call?? People from call have required me to give. But I couldn't find the number.
When I tried to give the number in the url like 1812105 in https://community.qlik.com/t5/Deployment-Management/Slow-Performance-to-open-sheets-and-calculate/td... . People say this is not my ticket. I am really confused.

who can create a support case?? I have the account in Qlik Sense Community. However, when I tried to create a support case under the link you provided, it didn't work...
The procedure that goes wrong can be seen here.
It asked me to login, I followed the order at first, then it turned to this page:
I did try to logout and login again. However, still not working.
So, I wonder if there is some role limits to create a support case?? When there is one, how to apply for this? Thanks

Will it let you add a case for Customer support?
They should be able to help you with this.
