Qlik Sense Central node not starting up

Hi All,

I have a central node and 2 rim nodes in a cluster. I am running Qlik Sense April 2020 P2.

Recently.. some issue has happened and the entire cluster is down.

I have stopped the services on two rim nodes and restarted the central node.

Now, the central node is not coming online. The repository service system log is showing below lines consistently and not doing anything else.

172 20210515T143054.883-0500 INFO CENTRALNODE System.Repository.Repository.QRSMain 15 9b164109-3efe-4451-88bb-1f925f6b57c8 SERVER1\QLIKADMIN Waiting for initial configuration to be run by node installed on RIMNODE1 9b164109-3efe-4451-88bb-1f925f6b57c8

RIMNODE1 is not a failover node. Somehow the central node is waiting for this node. I have started the services on RIMNODE1 and still the central node does not communicate with RIMNODE1 and come online.

What could be the issue causing this behaviour.

Thanks,

Aadil

I've found this article: https://support.qlik.com/articles/000055123

If that doesn't help I suggest opening a ticket with Qlik Support.

Thanks for the link. I already checked it. The Central node and Rim node both have proper host.cfg files.

Thanks,
Aadil
