Qlik Sense Desktop upgrade / uninstall error

Hello!

I have Qlik Sense November 2020 Patch 5 installed. I'm trying to uninstall (and upgrade) but it hasn't been successful. This error would pop up when trying to upgrade to February 2021:

Error in one of the log files (Qlik_Sense_Desktop_February_2021_20210319104028.txt) would show this: 

Another (Qlik_Sense_Desktop_February_2021_20210319104028_005_SenseDesktop.txt) would have these lines:

Same error when trying to uninstall. 

Has anyone run into these before? Help is great appreciated. Thanks!

I would suggest clean uninstall and install it again, refer below article for the details.
