Qlik Sense not working properly

Hi Techies,

There is an issue occurred many times, that user A can't access the application though I have grated him access to it. I am using custom properties to grant access. Same custom property is assigned to another user lets say B and he has never faced access issue.

I have checked on AUDIT and same users has same kind of access exactly on HUB but user A faces such problem. I restarted the machine and services, then USER A started viewing few apps but some time he would see all apps.

My problem is why this kind of thing is happening with one specific user only ?
