Qlik Sense on Tizen (Samsung Smart TV) Browser

Hello

We are displaying some Apps on Samsung TVs with the integrated browser. This was no Problem with Qlik Sense November 2020. But now we switched to August 2023 and the screen stays white when I open an App. The Hub seems to work just fine.

Do you have any idea why this does not work? Is there any change from November 2020 to August 2023 that would explain this behaviour?

Thanks in advance

EDIT: An employee from Samsung told me that the browser installed on the TV is based on Chromium 56. So there are a lot of Javascript functions that are not supported by the TV. (There are also some troubles with the CSS) And there is no chance that Samsung will update the browser to a newer version.

hi,

I suggest you click on the canvas of the page (where it is all white), this leads to some interaction & then the application might load.
