Qlik Cloud - Updating Owner of Alerts through API's

Hi Qlik Community,

As I was trying to change the ownership of a data-alert from another user to myself through the API's, I noticed that the underlying condition of the data-alert (referenced through "conditionId" and "conditionResponse")  is not transferred in this process. Since conditions seem to be only personally accessible (i.e. a condition can only be retrieved through the API's by the owner), this makes it impossible to move data-alerts around, as the condition reference will break, leading to unusable data-alerts.

Is there any alternative way of doing this? Or is there anything on the roadmap?

(This is for the Qlik Cloud REST API's by the way.)

Kind regards,

PythonMCSJ

Hi @PythonMCSJ

Interesting. I don't have a solution for you right now, but we should make this possible. I'll add it to my list to look into next year, and it's something we need to be able to do.
