Qlik Sense desktop hub hangs / stucks

Hi Qlik community,

I am using Qlik sense desktop on my laptop. I am trying to upload data but when i press "Add data from files and other sources", the following screens comes. I have been waiting for more than hour but nothing happens after that. Please support.

Further, I am using Google Chrome and when I open Dev help, my chrome opens.

Hi Saad,

Could you please confirm the version no?

Also

• Make sure the user running Qlik Sense Desktop has full control to folder C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Programs\Qlik\Sense\DataPrepService
• Run the installation file with admin privilege and do a repair installation

Thanks. The issue was resolved after getting full administrative rights on my laptop
