Hello @DanielSol
This is a Fatal error that can be related to many things, such as a driver/environment issue. Usually, enhanced logging helps identify the root cause.
If you require assistance with identifying the issue, I would recommend posting in the appropriate forum or contacting support.

Sonja

When faced with this error I find that QR (2024 Nov v5) is treating this as a unrecoverable error. It appears to happen because the r4z UDF has been ended on the mainframe. Is there a way to get it to restart the r4z on the host mainframe? Alternatively any ideas on how to prevent the r4z UDF being ended? I was under the impression QR polls the UDF every 5 second which should be sufficient to keep it from being ended, but for some reason it is ended and we then face this error message.
