Issue:
- Review the Connection Status
- Found NPrinting Connection Status is: "-"
If Connection Status shows as "-" this may indicate that the NPrinting Connection has not fully established between NPrinting and the QlikView or Qlik Sense app.
Environment
- NPrinting All Supported Versions
Resolution:
- Verify that all NPrinting Services are up running. Start any services that have not started
- Review the NPrinting Engine log and NPrinting Scheduler log for more details about connectivity details
- In the NPrinting Connection, verify that the QlikView or Qlik Sense information is valid
- Use the 'verification' button for NPrinting Qlik Sense connections to validate the connection
- Check the QVP or Local paths to ensure the paths are valid
- If section access is used, ensure that the NPrinting service account is part of the of the load script ADMIN
- Use the NPrinting service account as the Connection Identity where applicable.
