Hi,
Thanks for your help. I never received any update myself. So I guess the case can be closed. If not, I will create a new one, or better: give the instructions hoe to create a case to the people involved.
Cheers,
Patricia
Hi,
Thank you for all the creative suggestions for solving this problem, which have not been resolved yet. I wonder if the problem is the Nprinting Designer itself. And that Qlik should sacrifice some attention to make this product work in a normal windows office 365 environment.
Best
Michael
Hi @micsim123
The issue with some recent versions of Microsoft Office 365 is solved starting from Qlik NPrinting May 2021 SR3. With older versions of Qlik NPrinting you can manually apply the same settings of May 2021 SR3.
It is documented in my article at https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Discussions/Qlik-NPrinting-Designer-can-t-find-a-suppor... and in the May 2021 SR3 Release Notes at https://community.qlik.com/t5/Release-Notes/Qlik-NPrinting-May-2021-SR3/ta-p/1872634
Be also sure that you are using the Desktop version of Office 365. Web and mobile versions are not supported. https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/System-requirem...

Ruggero
