Nprinting Schedule Reports

Our organization is running Nprinting May 2021 release (version 21.14.7.0) in multi-node environment.  We have a report generated with different locations in an Excel Spreadsheet in Nprinting.  Is there a way to send out a report to different users located at different locations based on a location field in the data? Should this be accomplished through filters or a conditions based on these locations?

Your requirement is commonly managed using NPrinting user filters.

You may feel free to follow the example in the article linked below.

 

Keep in mind that for your requirement, it is not necessary to use the 'Page' feature in your case.

The user (recipient) filters are necessary to reduce data for each user/recipient. This is described in this article.
