Hi,
The Nprinting reports on Qliksense which should be be completed in 2-3 min are running forever like >1 day.
Can someone please help on this.
Thanks in Advance,
Pranathi.
Hello Pranathi,
What versions of Qlik Sense / NPrinting are you using?
Have you checked for any unsupported items?
These items can include:
o Linechart
o TextImage
o Treemap
o Filterpane
o Pivottable
o Map
o All of these objects are supported to be exported as images but not as data (table) and they cannot be used as levels as well
*For an detailed list of unsupported objects visit: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2018/Content/ReportsDevelopment/Qlik-objects-supported...
There is a section in NPrinting Help that has to do with Connection Timeouts and Long Running Tasks, please see here for more information:
Thank you,
Eva Beasley
Hi Eva,
We are using
Nov 2017 - Qliksense
June 2018 version - Nprinting
I went through the link you provided.
max_connections was 100 in default.
Now i made it to 1000.
But the problem still the same.
Reports are running forever.
Found the below error in logs:
Error: Cannot access a disposed object.↓↓Object name: 'Qlik.Engine.Communication.QlikConnection'.
Thanks,
Pranathi,
Hi,
If you check in the Web Console, are all your Qlik NPrinting Engines online?
Are related Windows services up and running?
Best Regards,
Ruggero

Hi Ruggero,
Yes Engines are Online and all services are running.
But the tasks are running forever.
Regards,
Pranathi.
Hi,
I would to suggest:
- restart all the services to be sure that there are not pending jobs crashed and try again
- share the complete log files or, if you cannot share them here, open a support ticked by adding them.
Best Regards,
Ruggero
