Server IP Addresses for Qlik NPrinting

What are the server IP addresses for Qlik NPrinting we need to allow? We found our system is trying to connect to Singapore and need to verify the IP addresses.

I found this link (Allowlisting domain names and IP addresses | Qlik Cloud Help) but it is referring to Qlik Cloud instead of Qlik NPrinting.

You are using a local QlikView connection, so NPrinting uses the QlikView Desktop installed in the server. No white list needed.

Maybe you need to whitelisting the Qlik license server; the NPrinting server must reach the url https://license.qlikcloud.com on port 443.

Hello @mmonsen ,

Are you trying to connect NPrinting with Qlik Sense Cloud?

Unfortunatly NPrinting doesn't support Qlik Sense Cloud, it supports only Sense on Windows.

Hi @andregas,

No, I'm trying to connect NPrinting with Qlikview. Here is a screenshot of the setup, if that helps.

Everything was working up until a week or so ago and we made some system changes and now everything is broken. I'm wondering if we are not whitelisting the IP addresses needed for Qlik NPrinting.  Do you know where I can find this list?

Thank you!

I followed that link and found this one: List of IP Addresses behind license.qlikcloud.com ... - Qlik Community - 1713417

At the bottom shows a section for lef*.qliktech.com and says there are 4 LEF servers but provides only 2 IP addresses. Do you have the other 2 IP addresses?

I followed Option 1 in the link you sent and that solved it!
