Unable to drag and drop | Excel | Nprinting

Hello,

I am unable to drag and drop objects (tables and pictures) in excel, nprinting.
While I can do the same in any other format (PPT)

The nprinting excel looks like attached image.
I have changed the DPI Scaling level to 100% as suggested here (https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/NPrinting-Designer-Drag-and-Drop-Not-Working/ta-p/17173...)
It's still not working after signing out of windows and rebooting the system.

Kindly suggest solution for the same.

Hello @Patricia_Silva ,

Can you also kindly suggest why excel is no expanded in Nprinting.

I followed the alternate post and changed DPI settings yet there is no changes.

Hi,

Based on the screenshot you posted the zoom level is still different than 100%. With the correct zoom at 100% Excel will cover the entire space in the Designer.

Be also sure that you are using a supported version of Microsoft Office.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
