nprinting

Hi,

I am not able to use Nprinting with Excel reports.
I am using is Microsoft Office 2016 component
and the version of Nprinting Designer is 20.39.3.0

I usually receive these three kinds of error:
no editor sheet is open;
this message is displayed:"Qlik-NPrinting-can-t-find-supported-reporting-template-editor";
this message is displayed:"the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process".

Do you know how to fix this issue?

There are 2 errors here:

1. first error you can see on various different occasions. We recently saw it and discussed it here on community. So please search and explore options - there is no point duplicating the same content (there other links inside of those topics with greater details)

2. Second error you may get to see if your designer crashes and you still have EXCEL.exe procces running in the background. Then you need to open windows task manager and kill that process from there and retry or simply restart machine.
