why Qlik Replicate task start run very slowly?
The task just have one table and this table just have 44 record data,
why every time start reload or resume to normal running very slowly?
it will take to 10-30 minutes run normal or run failed.

Thanks for the update however it's hard to tell without verbose task log file, one of the possibility is in this article: Qlik Replicate DB2 iSeries Source: Task takes a long time to start.
And also this one: Replicate task keeps waiting for first 20-25 mins.

Please set SOURCE_UNLOAD/SOURCE_CAPTURE to Verbose and recreate the behavior then check the task log file to see which step or what SQL took long time.

3.Is the first time you are facing this issue?

The task actually not running, just for starting, starting to normal running for this time take so long time

2, source: AS400 DB2 target: Azure SQL Server
3, not first time
4, nothing

We would suggest you to engage Support and upload the Diagnostics package post putting SOURCE_CAPTURE and SOURCE_UNLOAD to verbose .

We would like to check the task settings like how much "Transaction consistency timeout" is set and other details, As requested earlier by collogues, please set Source unload and Source capture in verbose and create a support ticket to investigate it further.

As SachinB mentioned, "Transaction consistency timeout (seconds)" can be found in Tasks Settings --> Full Load --> Full Load Turning.
