Hi, I have tried to download "Style Summary Summary W/YTD" report from the above section. However, an error message has been shown - "Something went wrong. Please try again". Learnt from the community, I have already allowed to use third-party cookies [*.]qlik.com in chrome but failed to make it too. I am based in HK. I'm not sure if this is the source of the problem. Please help to advise what I can do t solve this issue. Thanks.

You can raise a support ticket to investigate this issue. However, if you want to check the reason, you can look at the browser developer tool which would give more information about the issue.
