Within the past few months, you may have requested to convert your token license to the new Professional and Analyzer type. Recently, the Qlik Licensing team performed a cleanup of the licensing database. If the conversion was not completed, some of your users may receive an error upon opening apps in Qlik Sense:
You cannot access Qlik Sense because you have no access pass
Please check that your users have a license assigned to them in the Qlik Management Console (QMC). If they do not, please assign either a Professional or Analyzer license. For more information on these license types, please see Qlik Sense Licenses.
