I was taking the data literacy certification exam and was incorrectly told I had already hit the 3 attempt maximum. The first time I got half way through and accidently closed the window so I am not even sure if that counts since I did not click the submit button. I then relaunched and finished it and submitted it but missed passing by one lousy question. I should have at least one more attempt so I am hoping someone at Qlik can fix this for me. Frustrating--please advise!
