Hi,
Some users (i.e new users) get the below message still,
"Access denied! The server ( ServerName) has no USER CAL for your account. Please contact your system administrator!"
I have set the number of CALs allocated to this document: 20
On the Authorization tab the are 19 names.
On the Document CALs tab it has the following info:

Document CALs not allocated: 80 |
Document CALs allocated to this document: 20 |
Document CALs assigned to users: 10 |
Document CALs embedded in document: 0 |

Allow dynamic CAL assignment |
Assigned Users with a list of 11 names. Every time a user goes on to access point to use the document they have authorization to use, when they click on it, it comes up with that Access Denied message! I thought the Allow dynamic CAL assignment would add the name? I am having to add the new user manually myself then that user has access to that document?! Thanks |

Renove that user and once again add that user. it will work fine. i faced same type of problem in last week.pls check whether network name is match with cal name or not.
