Help with straight table.

Hi, could someone help me? i have the table 1 and i want to build the table 2. Could someone tell me how to do that in a straight table?

MargenAct, MargenPas, Trading, Comtotal and RentTotal are numeric values.

Looks like you need measure with Relative option checked?

I dont know what is that, if i solve only one dimension with the calculated expression associated, then i will do the same for the others.

For example the dimension: Margen Activos - must sum the field MargenAct with some filters of date. i Only want to sum the last date, but if i resolve how to build the dimension and the expression, then i can filter the expression in the set analysis.

The relative option checked is to show the %, but i dont know how to build the dimension and calculate the expression with the data i have.
