No, you can't share a single licence between two Qlikview Server running at the same time, only one QVS will run correctly, you need to purchase a test Licence from Qlik for your DEV server.

Hi,

You cannot use same License in two servers unless if they are in same domain.

If you install same License in to machines joined to same domain.

None of your server will be functional and you will get off-duty message as well.

Using the same License in two different servers is against Qlik License policy.
