Using the-product-that-shall-not-be-named, we used to look for inspiration in their dashboard of the week.  It would often include cool uses of the product that we hadn't thought about.  While there is the Product Innovation Blog it is rather broad.  If there were an area that had consistent posts (i.e. every Monday) with innovative uses of Qlik Sense (or other Qlik Products) along with their associated QVFs available for download (or other files) this could drive usage better.

There is also the Design Blog, which covers more of the content that you are looking for. Lastly, you should take a look at Qlik Gallery, where Community users can share their apps and be recognized for innovative uses of Qlik software.
